Day 2: EA sports Active Wii

My hind parts are so sore from this workout. It is not really working my arms too much, but it definately giving my lower body and back a workout. It is fun. It was only 15 minutes the first day and 20 minutes today but I burnt over 220 calories in 20 minutes. Of course the cupcake that I had for my mid morning snack crushed that in one bite! LOL. Well like I said I want to be healthy not starved. I had to take yesterday off because of church and the fact that I have a middle ear infection and sinus and chest congestion; But if I can do it when I am sick it should be much easier to continue when I am well. Now onto Day 3 feeling sore but triumphant. Wish me luck!
